Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship is also  known as Bikash Bhavan Scholarship. West Bengal Higher Education Department (WBHED) give Scholarship every years to Madhyamik, Higher Secondary Passed Students and students who are currently studying in B. TECH, MBBS, Diploma, Nursing, M. Phil, Ph. D etc courses. 
The Scholarship will be given only those students who fulfil the eligibility criteria. 
The Application Process will be done Online. This Scholarship reward amount is depending on applicant's current course.

Bikash Bhavan Scholarship (SVMCM) 2022 Eligibility Criteria

  • For applying this scholarship you must be a permanent resident of West Bengal
  • You must be passed the last exam from any recognized Board or University of West Bengal 
  • Other academic details are mentioned below :

 Diploma Level  At least 75% marks in the last qualifying exam

  • For applying this scholarship your annual family income must be no more than RS 2,50,000/-

Swami Vivekananda Scholarship 2022 Required Documents

For applying WEHED's SVMCM scholarship 2022, you need some essential documents. That you have to upload after scanning, to the Online Application Portal, for verification reasons. 
  1. Marksheet of last qualifying exam
  2. Admit Card of last qualifying exam
  3. Income Certificate in original (*Original means, the PDF file of income certificate that you have received from WB E-District, for applying for income certificate from BDO / you can also upload the Scanned file of printed income certificate) [In case of online application] 
  4. The first page of Applicant's Bank Pass Book
  5. Domicile Certificate (Ration Card /Voter ID /Aadhaar Card etc.) 
  6. Admit Card of Madhyamik Exam
  7. Online Admission Receipt /School admission receipt.

Application Process of WBHED's Swami Vivekananda MCM Scholarship 2022 is ONLINE. Here you will find all steps for applying this scholarship. 
Steps:
  1. Visit the official application website: www.svmcm.wbhed.gov.in,and click on Registration button on the upper right corner. 
  2. Read the information and after that tick on the box and click on the Proceed for Registration button. 
  3. Now a category section will be open, here chose the correct Directorate matching your current course and click on the Apply for Fresh Application button.

4. Now you have to register with this details given below. 
  • Your Name
  • Email ID
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
After that create a password. Remember this password for future login. 
5. Now you will get an Application ID. Remember this ID for future login. 
6. Now login using your Application ID and the password that you have created. 
7. Now click on the Edit Profile button. 
8. Now fill-up your Application Form, after that upload your Photograph and Signature (Scanned files). Next click on the Save & Next button. 
9. Now you have to upload the documents Scanned files mentioned before. 
10. Now save and review your application form carefully. After that click on the Finalize Appliation button to submit your scholarship application. 
## Please note that review your Application Form carefully, because after submitting it you can't edit it from sitting at home.

How to Edit Swami Vivekananda Scholarship (SVMCM) Application after final submit

Now WBHED is giving one chance to Edit Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Application Form after the final submitting. 
To edit your application form, visit to the  HOI (Head of the Institution) of your Institution (School/University/College) with your Application ID and request him/her to unlock your SVMCM Scholarship Application. Once they have unlock your application, log into SVMCM Scholarship application portal with your Application ID and password. Edit/correct the wrong information and review it carefully. Now submit the Application Form.
